Data Collection and Use When Visiting the Website 

You can visit our website without providing any personal information. Nevertheless, every time you request a file through your internet browser, access data (including the name of the retrieved page or file, date and time, internet browser used, the page from which you have come to us (Referer), screen resolution and operating system, etc.) is sent to us and evaluated by us for statistical purposes. No information, even extracts, will be forwarded to any third parties.

Data Collection and Use When Sending Our Newsletter

When you register to receive our newsletter, we will process all of your provided data (e‑mail address, preferred language) for the purpose of sending the newsletter to you. In addition, we will collect information about your individual use of the newsletter (including the number and date of received messages, the opening rate, the link click-through rate as well as the used mail client and server). In case of an objection, we will no longer process your data for this purpose.
